The Cambridge Hog Roast Company will provide you with a free quotation for catering your event. Upon acceptance of a quotation you will be asked to provide us with a £100 booking deposit. Please note that your booking is only secured upon our receipt of this deposit and that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.
The outstanding balance of our fee is payable either by cash on the day of the event or by a cheque payable five working days before your event.
Please note that The Cambridge Hog Roast Company has a minimum charge requirement. Our minimum fee for one day of catering is £500. The fee would cover approximately 80 diners on our Hog Roast Only menu, or a smaller number if you wish to choose from our BBQ Meals selection.
